TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Accepting these terms and conditions, the Client agrees the following:
– All personal information will be treated accordingly to GDPR and only for first contact purpose
– The Client has the right to send a counterproposal of price; the Service Owner can accept or refuse it at his own discretion;
– all contacts and negotiations will be realized via email
– Other info and proposed price don’t gain any validity or legal obligation until the payment of the agreed fee
– The Service Owner will always do his best to realize a work perfectly suitable for theClient requests; so with the payment of the agreed fee the Client understands that only further technical issue claims will be consider, no claims of refund or work change based on artistic / stylistic choices
– The Service Owner grants to the Client exclusive perpetual rights of property and use for commissioned work; no further claims from the Service Owner will be forward
